About these terms

PrintOnPaper provides online printing, binding, photo and finishing services, operated from PrintOnPaper Studio, MG Road, Kochi, Kerala 682016. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our refund, shipping and cookie policies.

Your order

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order with a full refund, for example if a file cannot be printed or breaks these terms.

Preparation times shown on the site are estimates. Express orders are printed before other orders.

Your files and content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to print, everything you upload, including books, study material and photos of other people. You are responsible for the content of your files.

We do not print anything illegal, including currency, forged or altered identity documents, certificates or stamps, material that infringes copyright, or content that is obscene, hateful or defamatory. We may cancel such orders and, where the law requires, report them.

What we print

We print your files as they appear in the preview, with the pages, crops, turns, layouts and options you chose. Please check spelling, page order and the preview before paying. We are not responsible for mistakes that are in your file or in the choices you made.

Colours on screen can differ slightly from print. Small differences in colour, trimming, folding and binding are normal and are not defects.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The total at checkout is the final price for the options you chose.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup and delivery are covered by our shipping and delivery policy. Please collect pickup orders within 30 days. After that we may recycle uncollected prints, as they are made for you and cannot be resold.

Cancellations and refunds

These are covered by our refunds and cancellations policy.

Our website

The site, its design, text and software belong to us. Please do not copy them, misuse the site, try to break its security or upload harmful files.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as a missed deadline. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will try to resolve any problem with you first. Otherwise, the courts at Kochi, Kerala have jurisdiction.
