In short

We use the storage the site needs to work. If you click Accept all, we also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site so we can improve it. We don't use advertising cookies. You choose in the banner, and can change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Always on: needed for the site to work

Your order in progress (browser local storage): the files you added, your print settings and the contact details you typed, so nothing is lost if you close the page. The files and settings are cleared once you place the order; your contact details are kept on this device so you don't have to type them again.

Your cookie choice (browser local storage): remembers what you chose in the banner.

Staff login (cookie): keeps our staff signed in to the admin area. It is never set for customers.

Only if you accept: analytics

Google Analytics (cookies named _ga and _ga_...): counts visits and shows which pages and features are used, such as uploads and completed orders. IP addresses are anonymised and advertising features are switched off.

Microsoft Clarity (cookies named _clck, _clsk and similar): shows how pages are used, including heatmaps and anonymised recordings of clicks and scrolling, so we can find what is confusing. Text you type in forms is hidden from these recordings.

Neither tool is used on the staff admin pages. If you choose Only essential, these tools are not loaded at all.

Payments

When you pay, Razorpay's secure checkout opens and may set its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. These are covered by Razorpay's privacy policy.

Clearing them

You can clear cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. If you do, an order you have not yet placed will be removed from this device and the banner will ask again.
